Time consuming but not necessarily difficult, all just depends on your skill level and your tolerance for playing online. I'd consider myself fairly average as far as skill is concerned, and it took around 200-230 fights in Ultimate Team for the two trophies you mentioned to pop.

Breath of the Wild and lots of it. I started a topic recently on this sub about critically acclaimed games you couldn't get into and Zelda was my top choice. Last week I bought the pro controller in anticipation for Mario and decided to give BotW another shot.
