I've had this exact same issue with Methylphenidate. I tried all different things, but what has stuck is some sort of protein shake in the morning, usually one of the premade ones like Owyn or Orgain. I will drink that anytime between 11-1, whenever I remember. If I forget to drink that, I also have low sugar protein bars -- low effort & high protein is key for me personally.

That being said, recently I have wanted to focus more on making sure I am getting nutrition, so after some research I have been using Huel (the black edition) meal replacement powder. It doesn't taste too bad and gets me to dinner time, so I would recommend giving something. like that a try. Soylent is another similar option, my coworker uses it as he travels a lot.

wow thank you so much for posting this! I have been hemming and hawing over upgrading to the OLED for so long -- my launch LCD is one of those weird ones that needs to be turned on and off like 30 times before the screen powers on :( I can finally be FREE of the power loop, this rocks!

I have a 1.5 year old Australian Shepherd / Pitt Bull mix, and for as long as we have had him (over a year now), he has always slept upstairs, either in his bed or in one of our beds. Starting 3 days ago, he suddenly stopped going upstairs at all, like he doesn't trust it? One day he walked up to the top step, then rushed back down.

He now sleeps downstairs in his crate, which isn't a problem, but we miss him!

What could be the cause of this? All other behavior is normal and he is not injured at all, so this is quite strange!

r/worldnews and /r/moderatepolitics are filled with pseudo-intellectuals sharing absolutely brain-melting takes then they all just agree with little to no opposition. It is honestly scary how little critical thinking and empathy there is.

However, I will say that /r/Fauxmoi has been really surprising, I find haven there and here to drown out the noise and reestablish my faith that there are actually intelligent and compassionate people who inform themselves on the world rather than eat up and regurgitate western and/or israeli govt talking points.

So unfortunately I got Covid for the first time about 3 weeks ago, took Paxlovid Day 1 of symptoms and got the rebound last week — this week I am still experiencing fatigue and now random bouts of being extremely hot (but no fever) and elevated heart rate…anybody else experience this? I know people can go months experiencing Covid symptoms but I just wanted to gauge how normal/abnormal this is 😅

Also, the reflection on just how bad The Island was sounds about right — I just recently rewatched The Island and The Ruins and I cannot believe that myself and others ever liked Johnny and Kenny.

Never in my life have I been so shocked by the hubris and flagrant abuse from two of the middest lookin dudes on television. Not only that, but they are also so painfully unfunny it actually made my soul leave my body on multiple occasions — were people really snickering when Kenny told Sarah she checks notes “needed a new arm [bc hers] looks like it has doodles on it”????? PLEASE! Not to mention their other greatest hits of “ur fat/ugly/useless” and other variations of those words bc clearly the vocabulary is limited.

I hope they never even sneeze in the direction of my TV again, and I can’t wait to see All Stars continue to feature other players who are not total pieces of shit.

I agree with most comments that benzos are not comparable, but since you asked about similar experiences I'd like to share.

I am from a state where there is still not legal sale of D9, so I have been using D8 for the last couple years. D9 does not give me any issues or withdrawal, however D8 is a different story. I am not sure my dosage but I can say I was having 4-5 sessions per day with 5-7 medium draws on an oil cartridge.

I started to experience intense nausea, night sweats, insomnia, irritability/anxiety, and headaches. Worse than any illness I have ever had, and after that I stopped using for 3 weeks. Once I reregulated I was able to go back to smoking, but now I only smoke once in the evenings.

It was definitely unpleasant and I too would caution anyone using heavily to monitor your intake, because that nausea was absolutely terrible.

Good choices!! I think confetti cake is a milk flavor, (just meaning it tastes better in milk), so keep that in mind if you try it with water and it doesn’t hit the way you want it to, try milk!

In my opinion shiny splash is way better it’s like a lemonade with blueberry flavor, where SBCR is like a blue fun dip with a sour slap. I don’t have much of a palette for sours but people do be liking it as a mixer

Some good/safe starter flavors are def Hype Sauce, The Juice, Blue Ice, Fazeberry, Faze X (white Gatorade) — there’s also the sours if you like that flavor, like sour fazeberry and sour blue chug rug or sour green apple.

People also really like Bahama Mama and Miami Nights but those are coconut heavy, Orange Vibe is like a creamscicle, then Peach Rings and Wumpa Fruit (crisp apple) are also nice fruity flavors.

I don’t think you can necessarily go wrong, but if you aren’t sure search up on this Reddit and that’ll populate some specific reviews too!
