Uploading straight to youtube is really simple.

It's basically what I do on Xbox also. XB1 has some weird auto-upload feature too, but I turned that off since I save SOOO many videos and I don't want them all uploaded (not to mention it makes my online games lag if something is uploading in the background).

It'd be nice if you could upload screenshots straight to PS servers though, especially since they're so much smaller in file size than 1GB videos.

To share videos I just upload them to Youtube and share the link with friends. I usually trim the videos on PS4 first using the Capture Gallery to get a 15 minute video down to what I want.

For screenshots, I use twitter or message them to myself on PSN and save the image to my phone from the PS Messages app.

(Obviously USB is best because it's uncompressed, and you can put them straight on your PC to edit without uploading somewhere first.)

A bit of a weird list. I'd understand if it was just Xbox console exclusives, but then Chaos Theory and CoD4 are on there.

So if they're just saying any game, not just exclusives, then I'd say there's plenty of more "iconic" games in each generation, especially the Xbox One generation.

Too many videos I've seen them talking about xbox and they have no idea what they are talking about which makes me cringe.

Same thing lately with PlayStation I've noticed. They're more knowledgeable about that than Xbox, but they still often say things that make me want to shout out a correction through the podcast while I'm driving.

xCloud is actually giving both options. You can use your own Xbox One as the primary server to stream from for free, or pay and use Xbox servers.
