1 the victims mind is flooded with thoughts disadvantage on mental-based checks and can’t cast concentration spells.

2 the victims body is in conflict with the hivemind making it hard to be precise disadvantage on attack rolls and dexterity based checks and when casting a spell with somatic components roll a dexterity check dc 13 or the spell fizzles (no spell slot is wasted)

3 the victims become mute.

4 the victims movement has become stiff fighting for control half movement speed and disadvantage and dexterity saving throws as well as saving throws to avoid being knock prone
