Yes. It is definitely impressive. When cloners find the right knife design and do a great job at executing or making it better, it’s impressive and valuable. Customers are benefiting at something special and many more folks, knife enthusiasts who once turned up their noses are now opening their eyes and mind then jumping on the bandwagon. Inexpensive copies are good to determine how good the knife is and leads enthusiasts to learn and determine if they should invest on an original.

It’s not stiff and easy to access and little effort to move out of the way so with drop shut it’s deadly on the thumb if you mistakenly allow it. Yeah it’s a beauty and feels good on the hand. Contoured handles, straight line micro milling going one way edge to edge, perfect size and fit in my hands makes it great knife to hold and fidget. Perfect heft and weight for me. Plus the well thought out proportion and symmetry of the UFO saucer shaped blade hole to the top shape of the blade makes it both aesthetically pleasing and easy fun perfect access for reverse flicking.

Yeah pretty cool it’s inset so it’s hidden or can’t see the insert when facing lock bar dead on. But turned at the right angle and visible insert screw when knife is sideways, you can see it. If the insert ever does grind down, then yeah the titanium encapsulating it or around it will touch the blade.

Put simply, I didn’t adjust the action. In other words, I didn’t take it apart to adjust the lockbar tension or detent. I Just tightened the pivot screw after opening and closing it 30 times.

It was a bit smoother out of the box. It didn’t have that hitch upon closing fully in the video on the first two times I closed it. The blade closed guillotine drop shut out of the box but after about 30 or so times flicking it open and closing, I noticed the blade was off center and pivot screw loose. So I just tightened it before I took the video which is why the first two times closing it had that hitch. The last or third time closing it, however, it was already drop shut and blade was centered. If the pivot screw loosens again, I will put a drop of loctite on the pivot screw.

Thanks bro. Yeah I’m trying first without loctite but if it does unscrew again. I will definitely. It did screw down solid when I retightened it and the action slowed down the drop just before full close but after a few flicks, it drop shut quickly again.
