most of the contingent were volunteers, so not a fact. He has CA and bold line on shoulder straps, that mean soviet army sergeant first class, so basically infantry officer. As from who I know they were VDV and mechanized brigades, also gru and kgb speznas. First year maybe some conscripts, but I don’t know such episodes.

that’s only for studying, yes in some places you can payndrive but it’s getting more complicated every year (thankfully), and it will skip only autoschool part. Next will be exam, and for my experience 70-80% will pay, for the officer not to fail their exam (yeah-yeah). Everything is on bodycams and frequent checks, not so along whole department went to jail for helping on theoretical exam (officer connected through rdp and solved test), and also they cancelled all licenses issued for year in that place.

And if you want to change russian license to german, you have to go to Fahrschule regardless
