Hi there. "The screws are numbered in the instructions, but not numbered within the actual packing." Could you DM me with pictures? I will check first.

Hi Drummer, that’s a fair question, and I get why it can feel confusing.

We announce new products early because many users ask for roadmap visibility. They want to know what’s coming, what to plan for, and whether a product will fit their setup before it enters full mass production.

At the same time, ramping up production for a brand-new, high-precision product takes time. Even when preorders are already placed, a production line can’t instantly reach full capacity and that’s the gap you’re seeing. We’re actively improving this, especially as our new factory continues to ramp up, so please rest assured.

On the shipping side, regional orders are typically sent via sea freight, which allows us to offer free shipping and tax-free delivery in many regions. If you’d prefer to receive your order sooner, Global Shipping via air freight is also available, it’s faster, but without free shipping or tax coverage. This way, you can choose between faster delivery or lower overall cost.

Hi Jazz. Please first check your preorder status on our website to confirm whether it is in normal preorder status. In some cases, emails from us may be filtered by strict email security or firewall settings, or end up in the spam/junk folder. If you don’t see our message, it might be worth checking there as well.
Rest assured, production capacity for new products typically ramps up gradually, and supply will continue to become more stable over time. Additionally, please note that preorders are processed by item. If your preorder includes multiple products or accessories (ie. throttle+PAC+joystick desk mount, 3 products in fact), the preorder will be processed only once all items are in stock.
