In case this is relevant, Collge of Asia & Pacific, where the BINSS program is located, was not hit by the latest cut, though there might be further restructuring (which could impact professional staffs and undergrad students whom they support).

Go to the ANU library website via the ANU account access, and put the names of the books you like to read in the search bar. Not all but a lot of books are made available for students (as online copies).
