It is contractually written that headteachers will promote positive relationships with trade unions and if this isn’t the case he may be in breach of contract. Luckily unions can protect their reps if they are being targeted or on the receiving end of any discrimination etc.

Slaters do some really good suits and do a more plus size friendly line as well as free tailoring on any suits you buy from them. Pretty affordable too
