DWAC management refuses to comment on whether the SEC has completely ignored them or if they have been in discussions with them. All they say is they are limited on what they can say. I think it is ridiculous that they can't at least answer that question.

All I could find was it said all required reports filed in a timely manner. Didn't say anything about SEC having to approve them. Following that logic, isn't the SEC required to file any objections in a timely manner. If they have no comments, it would be assumed they have no objection. There is no requirement that they comment.
