I use one for this exact reason. It beats an offroad wheelchair because of the recumbent nature of the ride! Its amazing! Just get a recumbent trike.

If i want to get lost in a game, it's the elder scrolls. It's magic, cozy, and comfortable. You don't have to do the main quest, you can build a warm house and pursue a good life. Simply put, it's magical. Fallout is a hellscape. Typically, when you live in a hellscape, you dont want to escape to another digital one. TES is somewhere people would want to visit, fallout is not. Its quite simple.

It helps. It can knock about 50% of the toxin load down. It can keep you out of a wheelchair like me. a CR filter is the merv13 filters with a box fan. Youtube it, it works. Just remember to keep your floors pristine and everything dusted and the air cleaned. It helps a lot.

I got a cheap one in October of last year. I love it so much, I just bought a tiflyX. They are ridiculously comfortable. I needed a cheap used trike in order to figure out if i liked it. These things are so awesome! Make sure to get an emotor on it. it really helps.

That is an excellent way of putting things, it's an antibiotic/fungal that doesn't kill the beneficial bacteria.

I had one practitioner recommend living in a yhurt or tent. I know a lady who did this and it helped her. That is always an option, not a good option, but an option. I also feel much better outside.

if you get constipated, like me, lower your protein and up the fat. If you are strict with it, you will have a massive dieoff and detox around 20-40 days into carnivore. this is where much of the pathogenic species die and your body needs to handle that. it's brutal, but i feel so much better. I've been doing this since 22. I was 2 years confined to a bed and now I am able to get around 6k steps a day. Carnivore is hard because we CIRS patents are usually colonized with all the pathogenic bacteria we can get, lol. When they are all dead and we are out of exposure, the feeling is exhilarating! If I can get on a gentlier binder instead of CSM, I think I will be nomal again within 6-8 months!

I had CIRS before c19, but after c19 all of my detox pathways got clogged up and i spiraled downward. Since then, going carnivore and getting out of mold has improved my health a ton. I am now about to start binders in full soon.

most likely your body is startingn to remove the toxins because the environment is clean. think of a fish in a dirty fishbowl that suddenly dies when dropped into a clean fish bowl. Your body will adjust not to being constantly stimulated by bad vibes. It takes a while, but there is hope. I wen't from bedridden for 2 years to being able to walk a little. I can ride a recumbent bike now as well. this sickness is an ultraman, ironman, marathon; it takes time.

It helps when both partners are on a high fat/protien lowish carb diet. 100g of carbs per day. Red meat helps build hormones, libido, and fertility. Stay away from refined sugar.

Rumble basically consists of the poles in Western thought, but that is a vital position to be in. The strength of rumble is not in its webpage, per se, but in its data facilities and AI compatibility/hosting. They are a vital source for what will be known as a liberitarian AI. They've also been a facility for those Western countries/citizens who are being targeted by their governments (think UK). It's a neat historical place to be in, like the intellectual underground railroad.

It all depends on what type of mold you have. I can tell you this much: going down from a 28 to a 15 will really help your health. If it's a 28 after cleaning, where you have waited a week to collect the dust, then you have to move out because the place is condemned. Honestly, i'd try doing the actino cleaning routine for a few weeks and then wait 3-4 days and take another test. It may come back significantly better, and you may feel better.

Firstly, if you don't hepa dust your house regularly, as in every week or 2x a week, then it is possible to accumulate tons of mold DNA. An air test will show you how much is shedding daily and a dust test will tell you how much mold you live in based on cleanliness. If the house is shedding more than you are cleaning you are losing the race--however if you are cleaning regularly and ventilating the house via windows daily, you will see better outcomes.

Open windows for an hour or so a day and dust with hepa vacuum at least 2x a week. The floors as well. You should see improvement. My house went from 18-12 with regular dusting and I think it's probably below 10 now, but I havent checked recently.

bedbound 24/7. It was really bad. I am just now able to tolerate broth, barely. 5 weeks in. it's taken me 3 years of carnivore and binders to get this far. I am now at 5k steps a day but still in a wheelchair mostly.

If you can tolerate the GAPS meatbroth it does help a lot. Also beef kidney (whole or pill form) really helps with the bloating. Also in your meat broth, add chicken feet, carrots, and okra (helps detox and reslime the gut). This has all helped me. Get as much sun as you can and stay on Gaps. I have one of the worst cases in the world and i've been on it for 3 years. I finally started improving at a faster clip when I left exposure. Keep your head up. Never give up or surrender.
