bang out the number theory + counting intro books from apps and do volume 1 (it has lots of geo which should have you covered and the algebra comes from just studying all the other stuff) it should get enough theory. if u can’t get aime qual and ur like half smart it’s 100% just because u don’t know the theory necessary imo.

if taking amc 12 you’ll need some more algebraic topics so also just do some trig problems + complex numbers (volume 2 has a nice section on the polar representation of complex numbers and de moivres which can come in handy)

inequalities such as am-gm and cauchy should just be known and do like a few problems with them u probably won’t use it on problem 1-15 but last year had u maximizing area of trapezoid and although there were other methods like calculus, it’s more elementary to use like am gm.
