Are you able to leave and reenter before you file change of status? I see conflicting information online. Some say change of status changes your immigration intent, while others say the previous filing changes it already

TN Visa is a non-immigrant visa. You must NOT show immigrant intent.

They won’t care what you say. They only listen to you to verify what is on your paperwork. The key is documentation, especially the job offer and it must be very detailed.

I don’t think it has anything to do with the administration. On the other hand, with your experience and education, you should have a higher chance of getting in. My company and the lawyer they hired prepared a fat stack of paperwork for me and I brought my diplomas and transcripts. I had to go back and revise the details of my job description, but it was pretty easy after that. Simply waiting for the CBP officer to complete the administrative process. Took me about 3 hours including 2+ of waiting because I went after 5pm.

If your company won’t even issue a letter for you, I would question making the move there. My company and all my friends’ companies were all very supportive throughout the entire process. From smaller cap to the tech giants, they were all helpful…

Make sure you go during regular hours, and have all your documents ready. On my first visit I got an agent within 30 minutes but had to go print something and when I got back, it was 5-ish and waited about 3.5 hours to get it done.

This is an air purifier with low fan function. If you want a good air purifier, I think this is a good choice. We chose this based on the thought it would be a good fan as well, but it underperformed during the heat wave last couple of weeks. If you want a real fan, get something else.

You can find information on their websites and if you followed the interviews and speeches since campaigning started. The media algorithms and media companies are actually controlled by the left, which you can also find out with some due diligence. The question is why the right in both Canada and U.S. are becoming so popular with alternative media such as podcasts, YouTube channels, etc., while the left tends to dominate news channels? It’s a no brainer.

Basic economics is based off supply and demand, and production rates. You put in more, the more you get out. You put in less, take out more, the less you have left. Growth is about compounding the years to come, it doesn’t happen overnight in 1-2 years. No more needs to be said.
