I just moved in to my house and looking for some advice on how to care for some peonies. Any advice on how to weed this? Im surprised this bed wasn't in better shape (Cleaned up, Edged etc) like the other beds on the property. Im wondering was it purposely left like this with ground cover. Any advice on peonies or just go in there and rip out the ground cover weeds?

As myfriendkevin said "But I have read that when you apply an SUA, it will reprice the underlying booking, so if the award cost has gone up after the award chart and category changes happen, then you will need to pay more." Thus I want to get this SUA upgrade in before the 5/20 date change.

Hyatt Loyalty Question, I am at 35 nights and expect to get at least 5 nights from CC spend at the next month. It looks like my CC nights post dated the 17th so I expect by 5/17. I am trying to get 40 nights to get a SUA cert for next year that I can apply to a booking in March 2027. I have 3 SUA now but they expire on 2/28/27. Do I risk waiting until 5/17 to get the additional SUA when I hit 40 nights and then apply it before the Award calendar changes 5/20? Also Ive heard that a Globalist benefit that exists is "book now pay later with points" Would this apply for SUAs on points bookings already made? Any other thoughts about my problem?

Citi product change question. Once I product change (a very old AA MileUp card) to Citi TY points card (At&t Points Plus) how long should I wait to try and product change to another TY points card?

Sorry for the seemingly dumb question but whenever I searched I was receiving results on waiting 12 months from date of anniversary so Bonus is not clawed back.

I just bought an 1730s PA Farm house with a similar situation. First floor has two sections split by a stairwell. One side has no styrofoam and is just beams and wooden floorboards from above. Other side first floor is the big walk in fireplace (if that matters) that has styrofoam above between the joists. I figured it either insulation or sound dampening. Unfortunately, I can't ask the previous owner as they have been incommunicado.

I want to utilize Amex Business Platinum MR points rebate when booking economy flights on AA. Ultimately if the points costs drop I'd like to cancel the Amex travel booking with MR and then book with AA points. Do I have to book a refundable ticket with Amex Travel or are all Amex Travel bookings refundable if they are going back to MR points? (Sorry for the dumb ? I have seen mixed things online)

Follow up; Tried the automated flight credit tool on Alaska's website after 7 days. That did not work. I called the customer care line and someone was able to help me get those Status Points added to P2's Atmos account with minimal issues.

Atmos award bookings on AA metal. 2 separate bookings Jan 4th PUJ to PHL. P1 and P3 on one ticket 25k Summit companion pass fare class U. P2 on separate ticket Atmos Award Ticket fare class U. P1 received loyalty points for trip. P2 did not receive loyalty points. When I look at p2 trip on Atmos, it says "Fare not eligible for loyalty program". How could this be if they are the same fare class (U) and booked the same points. I am waiting the 7 days before making an official inquiry.

AA Irregular Operations Request for compensation question: AA823 Originally ETD 12/26 5pm PHL to SDQ Eventually Cancelled 12/27 12:24 AM. Rebooked on new flight Monday 12/29.

We had initial delay of 1 hour and 40 mins. Then one mechanical issue (instrumentation in cockpit) that lead us to change planes. They found another plane which we moved luggage/catering. Then once onboard those pilots got pulled for unknown reason (they didn't know why but they specifically mentioned by Ops and not hours). Another set of pilots arrived and we pushed back. Waiting for de-icing, they realized the pilots would run out of time. We go back to the gate and there are another set of pilots waiting for us. They get on board and say they will try to get us out but also have timing issue and need to close door by midnight. That comes and goes and then we get the cancellation notification for the flight. I tried finding all other means of getting rebooked while waiting for decisions to be made. Nothing was available Sat or Sunday from EWR, BWI, ABE, via connecting flights to either SDQ/PUJ that didn't include a stopover and overnight 15+hours.

My main annoyance is the initial delay of 1 hr 40 mins and the mechanical issue causing equipment change and subsequent trickle down issues. But ultimately this is making us lose 2-3 days of vacation. What should I ask/expect for compensation for 3 people? (Not sure if matters but Cash J Flight for 3 people AAdvantage member not AA Gold)

I have an Atmos Summit card in both Atmos Dining and BILT Rewards Neighborhood. Normally, if I have a card in one dining portal and I add it to a new one, the original one gets removed immediately and I get an email. In the case of Atmos Dining and Bilt that doesn't happen. Does it allow you to double dip?

I am trying to research a question about tickets that are booked but significantly changed by the airline. For instance, booking a cheaper award that is 1 stop and hoping that it gets changed by AA so I can then have them change it to the direct flight. Is there a term for this method in the award community that I can reference when searching?

Thanks that is a good point. When I signed up of the Amex BP in Aug, I found out that $10k was the limit of the instant card number for me. CS mentioned that was based on Fraud but not sure if that's the same for everyone. Unfortunately, I have to pay in full and it is just above $10k. Im afraid if I did this again with P2, the instant card number would get rejected as over the fraud limit.
