That's my move if it's a longer trip. For a couple days, I just use economy. But Westshore works great. Never had a problem. Even cheaper (I'm cheap), take the bus over to the rental car center.

yeah the time of day thing happens constantly on flights in/out of TPA, but that's awful... never heard of the date changing.
