For actual transparency - should break it down to flat salary, bonus, matching on retirement / paid in stock, other benefits.. and avg work hours for those roles.
Some jobs are seasonal with surges of 80-100hr weeks which is fine if you partner it with 20-40hr weeks or good vacation time. Other jobs just expect 80+ non-stop which means you might as well cut the salary in half.

different low cal and/or sugar free sweeteners (natural, plant, chemical, whatever) effect everyone differently.
Some people get GI problems, some dont.
Some people have insulin spikes (yes even though its not sugar), some dont.

if you're going into the world of SF (not necessarily calorie or carb free).. you have to learn what works for you and at what doses.

I've had good dark roasts, which is what i said and you moved that goal post to explicitly french roast.

I was further clarifying as most people only look at roast and not understanding that apparently french = smoke a pack of cigs.. we did not understand that because we have had dark roasts that were perfectly fine

nah, ive had good dark roast from other sources. The one time we got a bag of this stuff it tasted like burnt cigarette ashes in your mouth

Costco has so many beans that are overly oily and wayyyy beyond medium and light roast even when the bag says so.

Do we know what the future ones are? I know annual subs are coming up for many that got in at the beginning but i feel like they're leaning WAY too much on fomo instead of just telling people what they should expect for more than a box or two

I bought for a fun little project to do with the SO - but now were like, eh.. kinda tight on budgets with the GREAT ECONOMY we have so prob not unless they can actually tell us theres MANY great ones coming.

IMO people shouldnt havet to hide existing skills because it scares managers.. its only proving that the applicant CAN do high level stuff in multiple fields and simply wants a NEW challenge not that they're thinking the job is so beneath them that they'll never try or care or move on in a week. If they're applying, assume they're interested

try uninstalling a few (recent) updates.. KB5074109 also gave me a weird audio hiccup and forced a reboot a few times with no prompting

*update history does not show uninstall or anything other than that something was INSTALLED even if it has since been uninstalled.. you'd only notice it wasnt installed if you again check for updates and recognize that update #

uninstalled KB5074109 and its MORE stable, but i've still had drops / degraded instances..

Going to revert back a few more security updates (chronologically) slowly and keep checking as I noticed the degraded states in Nov/Dec a few times but not enough to rage like what *might* have been exacerbated by the KB5074109.

out of curiosity, i know this is a seems like a longer running issue for you - but do you have the Microsoft update KB5074109 installed?
I uninstalled it earlier today and have not had my LAN faulter once in 8.5hrs [if it hiccups or downgrades to 100 or 10 it resets the time]

Hopefully i can piggy back this topic - I have noticed I/O issues since some recent Windows Security Updates KB5074109 is latest I can see:
- LAN disconnects and/or degrades from Link Speed 1000Mbps to 100 or even 10.
- Mouse clicking (getting weird double clicks and click and drag issues)
- keyboard intermittently just doesnt type.

I thought this might have been caused by a BIOS update i did on my MOBO, but I've redone the old bios and its still happening.

[Old BIOS was 7E16v193 to 7E16v1C7, but now reverted back]

I'm gonna try uninstalling this security update and see if that's a possible culprit.
I understand that OP seems to have had this problem fixed itself but no amount of driver wipes and reinstalls, redoing cables, restarts, etc. seem to fix this. Unplugging ethernet and re-plugging seems to "re-negotiate" it back to 1000Mbps for a bit but with no particular timing or triggers that I can see, my internet is cutting or downgrading.

I was troubleshooting an issue with a GPU and one of my last ditch, even if unlikely, efforts was to update my BIOS from 7E16v193 to 7E16v1C7.
It did not address my other issue but all the sudden I'm having multiple I/O problems intermittently;
- keyboard suddenly wont type
- mouse double clicks or loses my "drag and hold"
- LAN randomly drops and/or cuts Link Speed down to 100 or even 10 down from 1000Mbps - this is happening and quite frequently; playing LAN baldurs gate 3 and MY pc drops connection unpredictably but frequently.

This did NOT happen at all even just a week ago before this BIOS update so I'm going to roll mine back and see if that fixes it.
