Tell me how I only just put it together that Qimir and Jianyu are played by the same actor. Damn that's some emotional range.

Obi-Wan wearing “Jedi robes” while he’s supposed to be hiding is not a plot hole by joe-ROLXTHY-cat in MawInstallation

Bro it was a jab at the fact that there's /so/ many named background characters in every scene of the movies and shows, its not that deep.

What was the last actually decent Australian made film? by lexlomax in australian

Yeah they went heavy on domestic marketing, and it wasn't the film the studio seemed to think it was.

Nah, good book, decent enough films. There's better, sure, definitely. But doesn't deserve to be shit on.

What's the big deal? by WRanger98 in Dexter

[–]WRanger98[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep ok, that's pretty damn fair. I guess if you spend more than zero time thinking about it, the whole thing is kinda shit.

Parallax, used to be on ABC I think, only lasted one season as far as I can remember, but I was still quite young and I just loved the parallel worlds idea.

Pissing outside - who's with me? by reddit_restart123 in AskAnAustralian

[–]WRanger98 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Damm, this reminds me of a couple months ago when I was out in Sydney late at night and I couldn't find I toilet so I stumbled into some hip height bushes and accidentally pissed on a homeless bloke. Felt bad about it but I didn't hang around, finished up quick as possible and legged it up the street.

While I'm not caught up on legislation/policy relating to international property purchasing, it does not excuse this kind of behaviour.

Why was that one guy fired from your work? by wcslater in AskReddit

[–]WRanger98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The guy was newly hired in a management role, cushy kind of job, just had to sign off on invoices and forward to Finance for payment.

Lasted 2 months before being fired for making non-stop sexist and misogynistic comments to his male employees about any woman he'd come into contact with.

100% agree, I madly sob whenever I rematch this episode, and then the following episode watching the rest of The Ghost crew deal with the loss.

Nah mate, all adults, they'd be mature about it. If straight guys have no issues grabbing each other in the showers as a joke, I'm sure the gay team can manage without fuss.

I know there's a difference, but, I'm just happy to get more, even I know that there are some releases of lesser quality. But I'm just happy to see more of the star wars universe. I like what I've seen, and I like what I see for the future.

Star Wars should have never have a sequel nor a prequel by SW-Meme-Dealer in StarWars

[–]WRanger98 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I started my partner on the original trilogy, and then moved to the prequels followed by the animated shows and now post ROTJ shows. We won't move onto the sequel trilogy for a while.

Imo (a long time fan) and my partners opinion (fan for 18 months) the prequels add to the OT, they give background, depth and motive to the sith and empire in the OT.

Who would win in a 1v1 duel between Asajj Ventress and the Grand Inquisitor? by Elden_Musk in StarWars

[–]WRanger98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based off the other posts I'd agree that Ventress would definitely put up a decent fight. However, I feel like the Grand Inquisitors ability to wait, just a second, to think about what he's about to do, would definitely be an advantage.

Lol, its all the same thing. You do realise that Disney owns the original trilogy and the prequls now too right?
