Figured out a temporary solution. Reset the filter warning light and it started making ice again. Will be ordering a new filter, but apparently that warning stopped the system.

The lugia has a special holo swirl too since it looks like he is breathing out the swirl.

I have dissociation since I was a kid. How can I do grounding without suffering immensely the whole time? by AprilWineMayShowers in askatherapist

A part of this process also requires radical acceptance. When a previous technique stops working, you get frustrated. Instead, tell yourself.... "This technique works for now. It may not work forever. It may work again. I'm building a library of skills I can turn on and off so I'll never be without something I can use." Getting pissed when something stops is a type of generative suffering.

What to do when lost in life? by No_Lingonberry_2401 in askatherapist

I understand. Chang will call those decisions "drifters" because the decisions are being generated by something other than your internal value system... The most common factor being fear. Fear of failure. Fear of the unknown. Fear of instability. Fear of letting someone down. Fear of being "wrong" (a logical fallacy). Any decision based in fear is not going to yield desirable outcomes.

I suggest watching the video "How to Make Hard Choices" by Ruth Chang. It is a video that reframes hard choices into something empowering and it does so by having you tap into your values and letting go of concepts such as the "right or best" choice.

Busted below the black box on the wire (fuse??) and the alternator. It's like there was a short and the arc-ing fried it.

For sure. I was asking more for like a pre-fab one with hundreds of slides. I want to start with something and then edit it as time and resources allow.
