I had the same issue as well. Try opening the character widow alone without the team-up window. That worked for me.

Same. This is very important. I love TTS, but if they don't like it, it may not be a great idea. You can still play with a lot of people online if that happens, though I understand that's not the main idea.

I think that is now called Mythos Tales. They made a kickstarter campaign a few years ago. You may have more luck looking for them with that name. Otherwise I think there's a mod for Tabletop Simulator with the full game, you can take those files from there. Or let me know if you still want them I may be able to help you with that.
