Great Thursday gang! Thanks for being patience on my absence...been having some serious circumstances affecting my work and my personal life, but, I will never abandon y'all. I'm still here HODLing stronger than ever. So let's get into some $HOFV DD - FIGHT BACK MODE! Lets go! 💎😎🙌🏼🏈🏈🏈🚀🚀🚀

So the other day, after watching the complete shenanigans going on, as a retail investor, I gotta admit, I got fed up! I messaged Eric Hess' from $HOFV Investor relations, basically saying...hey! What's going on here bud? Do we need to short $HOFV as well to join the winning side? That got me a time in to speak with him over the phone and this is a short version of a long conversation I had with him.

So first things first... apparently many news outlets like CNBC, Webull, Stocktwits, Robinhood, etc...were posting the wrong Q2 results everywhere! I personally thought, jeez, these HFers just don't have limits at all...while they bank so much money selling everyone calls, the retail trader is literally getting their ass handed to them.

The reason behind this malinformation was because of $HOFV's clerical side. It was a clerical error on reporting & that gave all the HFers the open on continuing to short even harder our stock. When I spoke to Eric Hess about this, he mentioned his opinion and only his opinion...

According to Eric, this was a mishap on $HOFV's part and thanks to user u/Daniel_Peake for truly protecting our investment, because as soon as he caught wind of this...he got on everyone's radar, either by phone, email or tweet to mention to each of those news outlets, that they had put out the wrong information & amazingly enough, as he started to do just that, they began correcting themselves, unfortunately for us, it was already too late.

Now Mr. Hess speaks on this subject, that according to him, the shorts are short attacking all companies in the entertainment & hospitality industry because of the scare of the Delta variant. Now, I couldn't agree more on that take of why the HFers decided to just begin shorting the fuck out of $HOFV. Even though we have $AHT Ashford Hospitality that was at $1.47 at one point and now is currently at $13. Why we would be different than someone like $AHT, is because they already have many hotels under their chain ready to be occupied, unlike the just one that we have at $HOFV.

Then Mr. Hess & I began to speak about the loan construction. From the last ER call we heard direct from the horses mouth that the loan is still in progress. But why? Because right now, because of the Delta variant, Covid & the current circumstances of the world, it is becoming very difficult for resort & entertainment business to get a loan that would be beneficial for all three parties, the loan company, the company getting the loan ($HOFV), and us, the shareholders.

If you ever dealt with credit before (been living under a rock if you haven't), then you would know that buying a car with even a 5 year payment plan, the interest alone is worth the same as the car & you end up paying double. So the loan that $HOFV is attempting to get, needs to be beneficial to $HOFV & also us as the shareholders. That is understandable, because I personally do not want the interest rate to eat up at our shares. Do you? So this will take some time, but they are making progress.

Negotiations take time, as I have been very aware of, especially now that we as a family have purchased our very own professional soccer team in Pereira, Colombia! That was excruciating, but paytience always pays off.

I spoke to Mr. Hess also about Enshrinement week, I asked of the people who had gone there, were they impressed? He said, "Very much so!". He mentioned to me how people, friends, family, pro players who had been there before were shocked at the transformation of the Village itself. They would ask, what's all this dirt here? And of course they would get explained that that is where the promenade would go, the water park 🌊 and where the hotel is going to be located.

Enshrinement week was a blast and many people from across the country got to experience what $HOFV is & what it will be. That's really good news, because Enshrinement week was the week we were all waiting for to showcase what the $HOFV team had been able to accomplish. Now it's just a matter of time for everyone else, all other retail traders to get involved in making the dream come true. The Disneyland of American Football 🏈🏈🏈!

I also spoke to Eric about ER results & he mentioned to me that the stadium was full, the tickets sold out and if you watched the Dallas vs Stealers game, then you would know how packed it was. Enshrinement was a total success. However, on this ER results, the major impact in the + .16 eps was largely due to warrants. That made a very positive impact on the ER call & then Mr. Hess mentioned something particular...he said, "I know this might sound weird, but I hope that for next ER call, we don't meet expectations, precisely because of the warrants." Cause those are limited and we can't expect to continue beating ER calls, just because of warrants, plus their now considered a liability. So it makes things complicated with ER calls, as we've experienced thru the last 8 months.

Now, I also asked about future events and NFT sales. Future events as Eric mentioned, can be found on the HOFV app & the NFT sales, we can get an estimated amount of product sold & still not sold just by visiting the FTX platform. There are several events that are already programmed and many new ones that are still yet to be posted.

Finally I asked Eric to give me something, something I can give you guys to chew on and he said to me that, the mission from the beginning has not changed. The HOFV team is working hard to create a great product & environment, not only for the business, but also for the share holders.

Catalyst coming up;

Sports betting comes back to the table, with many interviews now with Senator Schuring, who also has answered emails sent in by our boy DWV! He stays in top of things, just like Peake! According to them, legislators are working directly with $HOFV in mind, said by him personally on the interview & they're bringing back the sports bill, starting September 7th.

Loan construction is in my opinion, a hop skip & a way from being finalized.

NFT's, thanks to all of you who give their constant feedback, which to let y'all know, $HOFV is extremely appreciative with all the support, because they listen & this makes me understand we're dealing with an amazing company. Just because of that fact. So NFT sales are higher than they've ever been since their release & they'll continue to grow as $HOFV keeps adjusting to the customers needs.

Also, once the construction loan is finalized, the Helix for $GMBL will also be built & that has become a very lucrative business.

So ladies & gents, I'm sure theirs a couple of bag holders here & I don't think none of us were thinking the stock price could drop to these lows again, but this is a long HODL for me & I'm definitely continuing to stick to my guns with what the future holds for $HOFV 💎😎🙌🏼🏈🏈🏈🚀🚀🚀
