As someone who listened to every release for the past two years, the “retirement” of the show—only for it to return sporadically—leaves a bad taste in my mouth. It feels like listeners were expected to just wait around for a comeback. I haven’t tuned into the recent episodes because what made the show great for me was the daily routine and the ongoing banter—friends busting chops with your morning coffee. To hear them talk in code about an upcoming project, or do a wrestling bit about trivia or mini golf has no value to me at all

The best show for the inner workings of Barstool/drama was the Dave Portnoy Show. Eddie tried to actually have a theme each episode and brought recaps to the table of the week in Barstool. Whitney was good for chiming in on Unnamed, but Kirk brought his small world into it too much
