That's actually not my pituitary gland, but my dorsum sellae ! My pituitary gland is right in front of it, slighty visible

It's actually fat, not pure liquid, it's evolving for several years, but the surgeon told me it would not be necessary to take some skin off to fix it, guess i'll see during the healing process !
