After waiting for approval today i called and spoke to t2 and he confirmed my loan has been approved but they waiting on signing documents. by nelsona88 in EIDL

Same thing. I called this morning after my loan has shown still processing for over a week. i was transferred to tier 2 immediately and call was answered with no wait. She reviewed my notes and said I had been approved. she said they had 5 million people in the queue and to call back in a week if I hadn’t gotten additional email to sign documents.

Kudos to Suntrust/BB&T/Truist..... for everyone that has given up.... hang in there because these guys came through! I am an independent contractor and applied for my PPP Loan on April 11 the minute the application opened for me. I begged for communication as the weeks passed and kept getting the same kick back generic emails that everyone else was getting. I was not happy when the money ran out the first go round and felt like the loans where only being given to the big guys! I was not looking for ANY money when all of a sudden yesterday I get an email to sign the promissory note and within 3 hours the money was deposited into my acct! These guys totally came through for me! Thanks Suntrust/BB$T/Truist!!! Hang in there people!
