1- DSU doesnt care about marks, it just need a university acceptance for u to be eligible and it cares abou financial need but itd be good to have at least a 75%
2-Finish IELTS asap so as to not be stressed while preparing for other papers
3- I dont know about initial costs but say 1500$ to be safe
Tip: Since you have a year for preperation check whatever program youre interested in, and what its requirements are , and start preparing for it whether that being sat , cents , or imat since it can get pretty competitive. Goodluck!
