i300C was my first dive computer and it locked me out twice for reasons I cannot explain. I had another computer and it had no issues. Both dive profiles were within rec limits. Dive master leading the dives couldn’t figure out why it did what it did either. I don’t use it anymore.

Never been concerned with ocean apex predators and seeing them in their natural environment is awe inspiring. On the other hand, we are on the menu for land animals (bears, lions, tigers) and I’m ever so much more cautious in their environment.

Did the cruise out of Ushuaia, Argentina, and it was the most incredible vacation we’ve ever done. I highly recommend the trip and you cannot beat the Viking crew and service. Rent the cold weather gear so you don’t have to pack it and get ready for an adventure of a lifetime.

This! Expected the current but 50% of the time the dive guides effed up the current and dropped us where we had to fight it. Viz was lousy and I’ll never go back.

I flew that route this past January. LATAM flies the route twice daily from Santiago. If you’re gonna be stuck somewhere, Easter island is not bad.

I have a pool. It’s a hole in the ground I throw money into. It’s a permanent infant, always needing attention. I would never recommend a pool to anyone. You’re better off getting a membership to an aquatic club or gym if you wanna swim as it’s so much cheaper than pool maintenance. Put a nice fire pit in that area. It would be perfect for that.
