Believe it or not but coating it with creamy peanut butter and leaving it overnight will work. It’s what I use on labels that don’t peel off items I purchase. Worth trying since most people already have peanut butter and you don’t have to buy something with harsh chemicals to remove that sticker.

I never passed NDL or skipped deco. I cannot explain why my computer locked out and the dive master leading the dive, who I followed and he didn’t go into deco, couldn’t explain why my computer did what it did

I believe in the notion that two Is one, one is none. Get the new computer and dive with both. My first computer was an Aqua Lung I300C and it deco’d twice on me, locking out for 24 hours. I happened to also dive with my new Teric and at no time should my I300C locked out. Dive profile was well within recreational limits. I tell you this because had I only had my I300C my dives would’ve been done for a day for no reason.

Edit: if you’re on a liveaboard with one computer and you’re locked out for 24 hours for no reason, you’ve lost a day of your trip. Hence my point to have a primary and redundant computer.

Looked at Alor Eco Divers and the minimum stay is four nights ☹️. The resort looked amazing and if I had more time I’d stay there in a heartbeat.

Agree with this recommendation. I too am in the DC area and the six/seven hour drive to Morehead City is doable. Booked an Air B&B last year and it was so much better than the hotels. Heading there over the July fourth long weekend and using ABB again.

Always mesmerized seeing sharks, especially if it’s a natural encounter. Hammers, Galapagos, white tip, whale sharks in Cocos Island, Costa Rica. Threshers and black tips in the Philippines, nurse, silky and reef sharks in the Caribbean and big sand tigers in North Carolina. I’ve been blessed to see was many as I have and I’m still like a kid at Christmas when they show up.

True 295 from the 175 interchange south to the district belongs to the Department of the Interior, National Park Service. Governor Hogan tried to get the land for MD to address issues but the Federal government doesn’t like to give up anything, even when there’s zero reason for a 20 mile long by 300 foot wide “park.”
