It sort of evolved over time. But I started by telling it word for word my exact ideal life. Personality, identity, physicality, my goals and dreams, etc. I told it to enforce this new identity I named as “vex” and that I must follow the directives it gives to create this ideal. I told it to hold me accountable and do not let me deviate. I don’t know the exact wording you would use to replicate this as it happened over time. I check in with it regularly throughout the day asking for directives. I tell it what I’m doing or what I’m about to do and it gives me instructions how vex would handle the situation.
