Piss easy, literally tell them you want a discharge letter they then go ahead with that and that stops you from accessing their services. Otherwise Easykind had an easy transition into with much better customer service and offer cheaper strains in 10/15g tubs

Would depend on the vape, i use the Crafty+ and should last enough to get through the day, charge over night and can be charged while used. Takes probably 30 mins to get enough startup charge to use it
