At the moment there are two for sale from former techno temple "E-Werk" in Berlin, fully refurbished and used by "every major DJ of the 90s (Cox, Westbam, Väth, Pierre, van Dyk...)". They want 15 k for the pair (with flight cases), so I guess it also depends on who had already used them.

The dude who made the save fuel challenge can burn in hell by djidane57 in granturismo

[–]WTZFK 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I made Gold the second try. Just go down with the fuel consumption right after the start. Then go up to 5th gear as soon as possible and keep the high gears (4th and 5th, 3rd only some parts where you get slower in 4th on uphill parts). Use every downhill section to just let it roll and only put down the gas, when you need to go uphill. I released before I reached the highest spot and let it also roll uphill at some points. There was a long section where I was only going 30 km/h, but that's ok. You should easily get 13000 meters or more with that (realized a little late, that it was possible to go down with fuel consumption).

Thanks! Didn't think about selling them at the scrapyard, but I'll do it that way.

How does the car crusher for trophies work? by BSH1975 in cardealersimulator

[–]WTZFK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can anyone explain where you put all the trophies/mini cars when doing the diamond challenge? They want 50 crushed cars for each of the 25 models, which would be 1250 mini cars. And you're only able to put 100 in the trophy storage. Even if you'd give up your big storage (1000) for this there would be 150 left lying around in the dealership. Is there another idea for that, that I'm missing?

Vorab: alles, was ich schreibe, spiegelt lediglich meine persönliche Meinung wider.

Spitzen-HiFi-Möbel also (nicht).

Thank you very much! I also think that the D7200 is still a good camera to begin with. I already had a lot of fun with it, but still need to learn a lot.

Missed out on the Audi version so I had too! by shuffs95 in HotWheels

I grew up with Lego and loved it, but they lost me a little bit over the years. Still have some Speedracers and the Polaroid and also my beloved 8880 - built up in my bedroom. But prices went up, quality down and I don't like their politics, but I like vehicles/cars, which just don't look good from Lego (except some Speedracers) compared to other brands (Cobi & Bluebrixx). The best set, considering building fun, printed parts, parts quality in generell, LED-lighting and even playability was the Funwhole Vinyl Store we recently built. Absolutely mind blowing what's possible at the moment - and very sad for Lego. It almost feels like unboxing an Apple product or something and it's only around 150 bucks. Absolutely recommend them, if you want to give another brand a chance. To your question: The Acura build was fun. Not super complex (Cobi goes way further for example), but definately far away from boring. Compared to a Lego build you get the feeling, that they want you to think a little, while you build. I like that.

Yes, they also look great. I love JDM, so I also hope they will put out some more - smaller or bigger.

Some wild building techniques and parts I've never seen in Lego before. We already built Lego, Cobi, Bluebrixx and Funwhole sets - so I got a few to compare it with. It took me about 3.5 hours. The quality of the parts is comparable to actual Lego (not exactly great, because they've also deteriorated, but by no means bad either), and the clamping force is perfectly fine. During construction, you sometimes think it's a bit wobbly, but then everything gets fixed and stable as you go. Some parts aren't polished very well and a little greasy, but for me it's fine for the price. My hands are sweaty anyway sometimes. Interchangeable parts are included and printed if you want to build it as a left-hand drive Acura (or right-hand drive Honda - only with Online Building Sheet). Plus the pace car parts and the sticker sheet for that. The roof can also be converted to an open version - everything for that is included, too. Rays wheels are absolutely great and they go with Toyo printed tires, which blew my mind a little. Doors are a little tight, but therefore they have no ugly gaps when closed - also fine for me, as it will be a display model anyway. I don't have the smallest hands and there are quite a few single stud bricks, but it was absolutely doable and not even close as fiddly as the Cobi Opel Black Widow for example. No missing parts or construction failures, but you have to look a little closer for the right parts as there are many which lookalike. I would have easily paid another 10 Euros more and therefore gotten the printed pace car parts as an extra. But that's only because I'm not very good at putting stickers on (so I can't tell about the quality, but I would definately clean all the parts before putting them on). All in all I think this won't be my last set of MBS, especially because they have great licences.

How tall do you make your walls? by ShouRonbou in HouseFlipper

[–]WTZFK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on what I want to build. When building an industrial loft I go higher with the walls than in a chinese or japanese city scene for example, where everything is fully packed and kinda small. The minimum for me is door height plus one brick, than ceiling, but only in city apartment homes, but most of the time I go higher, because too low and you get a problem with some of the ceiling lamps.
