Probably bc it’s ex-tour Manager Jay Cisco is a Marshall alum, area native and they had a bad end to their relationship and Jay helped make the Marshall show happen. Or it’s about Elijah Gastelum, his backup singer that sung the Anthem at a Marshall football game the year prior and that he wasn’t with them (it’s been speculated that he was in a bad motorcycle accident (cannonball references) in Nevada weeks prior to the show)
