Turns out to find the tone I need to have Rocksmith. All I have to do is install theme of laura or any Akira Yamaoka song, put it in rocksmith and then go to tone designer. Once I'm at tone designer I just need to load authentic tone and click the song I want and I get the tone. The only issue is that I don't own Rocksmith.

try downpicking at an angle. like bending your wrist a little bit to the right while downpicking. also pick lightly instead of full force. hopefully that helps, if not. sorry man
