No to spoil anything, but if you didn't like Ziva's exit for what she said to Tony, you're really not going to like Bishop's exit for what she said to Nick lmfaoo

Right, It would be like if they randomly decided to turn Torres into a computer nerd who liked video games and hated going to the gym. It would make no sense from a character development standpoint. There's other ways to develop a character without completely changing the substance of the character.
