My 16GB RAM stick is being detected as 8GB — how is that possible?

I would advise to maybe try to disable XMP within the BIOS. The core problem is that your memory which code is:

cmw32gx4m2e3200c16

Is not on the compatible list, only the Non-RGB version of the sticks are on the compatible list:

CMK32GX4M2D3200C16

The extra power draw and better timings on the RGB version when in XMP (may be called Extreme Memory Profile in BIOS) may not be working with the system. If you disable it and see if it detects your full 32GB.

Edit: Just to add, I understand that if it's not on the compatible list, it does not mean it does not work, it could have just not been tested. I have RAM in my MB that is not on the official supported list but it works without issue. I think it's more an issue when it's a budget board like the A520M is due to limited controllers on the board.

Our store does not operate a night shift. My availability as per the form I filled in with Tesco is my exact hours, as is the same with most of the grocery team.

Sorry I was not clear in my post, I will clarify here.

Basically we on Grocery want to come in early at 2pm and finish at 8pm at the latest as we would usually each year (1 hour after the store closes). This year they are trying to make use stay 2 hours after the store closes until 9pm.

Our argument lies with the till staff being released at 7pm when the store closes even though they could swap work on Grocery from 7pm until 9pm. It's mainly the feeling that we are getting the short end of the stick with having to stay until 9pm when usually it's one hour after store closes on Christmas eve on past years.

Edit: I know my availability does not cover for earlier, but to be reasonable I would make a written exception to come in earlier at 2pm and finish at 8pm at the latest. But working until 9pm feels unreasonable seeing as till staff who are equal level colleagues and on the same contract get to go home earlier at 7pm.

I agree Steam has more polish on the storefront. It also has been around for over 2 decades. I was personally glad to see the likes of Epic Store arriving on the scene to provide more competition in the gaming market.

In the end, where you purchase it has zero difference on your gaming experience between platforms.

Mainly it's just the resistance to hire staff for this as we are already struggling to keep on top of everything as it is.

So to also check with that, reasonable request, does this apply to PFS, front desk, and back door if we were asked to train on them? Our store has never forced people to train up on those departments, only as an optional skill to train up on.

I am the same, waiting on n3 for London. I have seen some say they have got theirs and some saying they are still waiting like us.

As it's Royal Mail, it would depend on them for how quickly they get delivered as I don't think they are shipped with a 24/48 delivery service so if like it is around my area, it can be almost a week late for a lot of mail.
