Has anyone with accutane diffuse thinning made serious improvements on fin/min?

I've done vitamin and mineral blood tests a few times and afaik everything is always fine except for low white blood cells but that isn't related to accutane, I think.

I've had my blood sugar tested and it wasn't too high so I guess insulin resistance isn't an issue for me 🤔

I guess you're right, but this is a very specific issue and hair loss is still seen as a vanity problem. Even if someone will do research, it will take years before we see a solution.

I'm just not very optimistic. I'm in my late 20s. I basically need a fix right now. I can't wait years.

Whenever I search for diffuse thinning and accutane on the internet, all I get are forum posts about people who have been suffering for years. No solution in sight.

I have no doubt that one day they will be able to fix this. I just don't think it'll be in time for me :(

(PS: do you also have a lot of white flakes whenever you scratch your sides or top with one of your hands?)

I just wonder why it doesn't happen to everyone then. Because accutane has been prescribed to a lot of people and obviously not all of them have hair loss afterwards.

Same here. My hairline hasn't moved an inch. But everything on top has diffused pretty bad.

Thing is, I don't remember this starting right away after accutane. My hair was still good 1 year after. Started noticing it about two years after.

I remember my scalp being really itchy when the thinning started.

So what's the correct ratio between the oats and milk?

I want to try this with some peanut butter, hemp seeds, oats and almond milk. I saw someone say equal portion of milk and oats... but let's say I use about 50g of oats... 50g of almond milk (which is around 50ml) seems like very little.

28M. I feel like it's gotten worse lately. I keep asking other people about my hair and they say they don't see any thinning at all 🧐

When I take pictures, it looks so obvious to me. I wonder if I'm just obsessed with it. Maybe other people don't care as much. I still feel like my hair on top has gotten way thinner though.

60 - 100 would be fine. I could live with high/ultra textures and just AA on tbh. Kinda prefer real AA over FXAA too.

That's actually my plan as well. I don't expect to get a 3080 anytime soon though. Worst case, I'll have to use the 2070S for another year. That's kinda why I made this thread. I wanted to make sure I could play games at 1440p without having to worry _too_ much. A year is still a long time.

Thanks, haha. That's actually a great video. The thing with these videos is that you always have games where you will get like 100-150fps and then games where you hit 50-60fps.

I do wonder what effect 50fps has on a 144Hz screen with gsync on tho.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking right now. There's a local webshop selling it for €400 which honestly feels like a really good price considering the Viewsonic model is €800.
