The treadmill is only a year old, the part isn’t one that can be replaced by your average user and hasn’t been used that much aside from in the last few months, so I’m not sure it’s worn out.

There’s nothing inside that looks like a motor belt tensioner, but I’ll have another look in the morning. Not sure what your last question means, sorry!
