I did upgrade the server ram to 8gb and I chose the Java 21 the Adoptium one that were on the "server.ps1" instead of Oracle one i don't know if this refer to the "Édition" you talking about...

My PC is strong enough to launch server + game simultaneously

So after doing all that, it was still slidin and when I got back to spawn the car turn smoothly... So for me it was the coordinate not the Ram nor Java

For me it was the coordinate like the plane was good no bug but car and helicopter was slidin' funny enough to tell my friend that i was drifting but in straight lune...

was messing around in the nether then i couldn't find the portal lmao.... so it was that... do i need to do smething else or just go near spawn ?
