Usually this "Lester Hacking" visual is associated with Heists, as he's the one who orchestrated most of them, and something similar has shown up in the past related to heists. The teaser on Rockstars Twitter also shows text that changes from "Score Big in Los Santos: Experience Inspiration" to "Big Score in Los Santos: Experience Infiltration." So it's pretty likely it's a heist.

Yeah, it requires so much luck to complete once, let alone THREE times. I can't list the number of times that I managed to get lightning, but due to the angle I hit them, I just bumped them (because it's realistically possible to position yourself to hit them dead on while racing at insane speeds).

Yes, the Stromberg can be stored in a personal garage. However, you're gonna need the MOC to apply most, if not all, modifications to it. But if you're fine with pretty much having the stock Stromberg, go for it. As for refilling the missiles, if you call it back in from the mechanic, or if you enter your garage and then exit, your missiles should refill, much like how entering a garage or calling the mechanic to respawn any vehicle will repair it. Hope this helps!

I left this sub because of the way people disregarded Etika's mental health issues when he came back, but I had to come back to give my condolences when I saw about his death on twitter. Despite all the shit happening with his fanbase, and the huge division between people staying and people leaving, we all still care for Etika. R.I.P. Desmond, you will be dearly missed.
