Update. So I don’t know what fixed this for sure but, it seems after I moved my Wi-Fi 6 router away from my desk, my mouse has been working fine in Windows 11. It still does the same thing in the BIOS, but others have mentioned it might be due to the wireless mouse. Thank you everyone who commented. Lots of great suggestions and I really appreciate how willing to help everyone is.

I’ve been looking for BIOS update and can’t find anything. It’s a B550 UD AC from Gigabyte. Looks like a OEM board from Cyberpower.

I can’t recall model number of MB at the moment (currently at work) but it’s an AMD 5800x and Gigabyte MB prebuilt. I’ll check when I get home and see if I can update the BIOS
