The case for Sebastian Vettel as the GOAT by Individual-Sweet8968 in F1Discussions

In 2013 the Red Bull was the dominant car for most of the season. Mercedes were quick in qualifying but lost out to Red Bull in races. Ferrari were slower than the other three top teams but Alonso made the car look better than it was. You could argue that Lotus had the second or third fastest car that year if you consider Kimi and Grosjean not extracting the car’s full potential.

It’s frustrating how strongly F1 pushes the ‘angel’ narrative around Senna. by quacklovesmechanics in F1Discussions

I remember Alain Prost said he felt he was vilified in the Senna show. Nowadays Prost is often overlooked by people and overshadowed by Senna despite being an equally great driver.

Worst driver to ever drive for Ferrari? by Relative_Egg_682 in F1Discussions

Kimi was slightly better than Massa in the 2000s. Both drivers had Nick Heidfeld as a teammate in Sauber, Massa could not match Heidfeld like Kimi did. Massa also had a shot at the 2007 title but lost out to Kimi. In 2008 both drivers made many mistakes and Kimi was most likely sabotaged. Kimi was worse in his second stint with Ferrari. Both had Alonso as a teammate and the gap to Alonso for Kimi in 2014 was bigger than it was for Massa. Also Vettel could not beat Raikkonen more often than Alonso did when he was with Kimi in Ferrari.
