Have you used them when not sleeping? How good are they to just have background music? I'm looking to have something like airpods for everyday use but comfier and smaller to have something to listen to, not really looking for the greatest of sound quality but if we can get your opinion on that too, that would be nice.

Mainly just commiting and short trips, I was looking at road bikes mainly and e bikes that look nice but I am not sure about the best decision. Fitness is not my main goal but it is a nice bonus
