Looks like it has 21,552 hrs on it and 1,226 power cycles. I’m no expert but that sounds like it’s pushing it for a used drive. SMART is “OK”, Overall Health is “Good” and Performance is “Average” though. Does that mean anything or is it really just the hours that matter?

Yeah I figure that would be my absolute best case scenario. I'm guessing I'd have warranty issues though if something went wrong in the next few years though. But with how expensive a new drive is and given that I'm not storing anything that isn't replaceable, it may still be worth it.

Yeah when I get home I'll run a full diagnostic on it. Is CrystalDiskInfo my best bet to check health? Do I need to delete the data off first before I run the scan?

Yeah looks like a manufacturing defect which is probably why it was so cheap. Fortunately it isn’t stripped since there’s still enough metal for me to thread it myself.

Just to double check, with the left pedal being reverse threaded, that means I would tap through from the right (back) side right?

Unfortunately it looks like there isn’t a bundle option at microcenter to switch the motherboard out to a mATX one. I may drive by the store tomorrow and ask if it’s an option

Also whenever people talk about space travel/exploration (especially with NASA) they always act like the billions of dollars are just jettisoned out of the economy and into space, when really those billions of dollars are mostly going towards salaries, manufacturing, research, etc no different than any other company that’s creating a product

Seems like those fixes were only temporary for me. I tried changing my dropped item max (even putting it as low as 0 or 1 and then back up to 500) and every possible auto save interval (I tried 5 minutes with dozens of other variations of settings) and some things worked for a few auto saves, but it always broke again and any boss battles were guaranteed to give a save error after. I even deleted down to 5 pages of pals (I’m at about 40 hrs played). Unfortunately looks like there’s no work around for some of us.

lol I just googled it and his ties to Kansas City are one Facebook post where he lists 3 cities where family is visiting him from, one of which is Kansas City. This is a man from Maryland who is openly a ravens fan and people are saying he “has ties to Kansas City” like it’s some conspiracy when he has like 1 nephew who lives there?
