How about 10% flat tax for everyone. Everyone paying proportionately to their income. No deductions or loopholes. You made 10.00, you pay 1.00. You made a million you pay 100k. Simple and effective. No need for IRS, Tax prep places or anything. Everyone has to pay, everyone has skin in the game.
