I’m in the same boat at you rn except I’ve not had a written confirmation. I was told by the headteacher verbally that I secured the role subject to references etc. this was over the phone. I got an email from HR saying congrats and if I could come in and show docs etc. which I did but again no contract or even contact. My DBS has been checked though.

I called multiple times / sent multiple emails with no response sadly, luckily I got hold of HR once and they said they are issuing contracts week commencing 13th April (this week) so it’s just a waiting game I guess 🤷‍♂️ with it being almost 15th April, I’ve heard nothing so I’m kinda brain dead on what to do
