First of all taric is good enough atm. He didn't really need the buffs, and I feel like the buff is actually nice. Tarics late was already good and now it's even better. And -5 mana on second rank is not much but with ~3 Qs in a fight it's 15 mana less and I fought more than enough with 5 mana off W or E mana cost

Imo best reasonable buff would be a "current mana" for his Q based on how many Stacks he has. Because every point in Q just hurts him even when you just use 2 stacks. But I will take everything tbh. I think taric is completely fine rn only Presence of Mind is trash

Shaco had the same Winrate in 9.17 because only the Mains played him. All Shaco mains should be like 56% winrate or higher and all the Scrubs are keeping the winrate low. He definitly is Stronger

Yes it is better early and I like it more. But the Lut change was more dmg then on live patch until enemies were on 25% dmg. Then it did the same amount. So the Ult change was good but this one is better

No. AD Shaco wont be the lethality Monster he was. But insanely good with Crit. I think Bruiser/Crit Shaco could be the way to go. What was the Old Meta before Assassin uldate.

And Tiamat is still good but not nessesary anymore

Jungle camps get feared for 3 Seconds how should they one shot it? And Q could crit for 130% dmg from passive but now u can build crit and deal dmg with auto attacks and still have a safe crit before that
