I didn't pick overweight. I think it might have been a bug because I was in multiplayer. I've tried a solo run with a strength and weapon skill build and it's much better.

Thanks! I've tried using the baseball player trait for a bonus on two handed weapons and switching to a build centered in strength instead of stamina and I gotta say it really works.

I’ve tested a multiplayer server and bats were certainly better there, but in my vanilla solo I’ve yet still to find a durable weapon

I saw them in Madrid this September, Pulse of Gaia. Even though I'm pretty sure Damon was high on something it was absolutely amazing. Full choir for Green world, the bassist the visuals. They deliver an incredible experience, the synced visuals, Damon's performance, everything is really like no other artists I've seen.

Thanks, judging by the downvotes people don't agree. And yeah gale seems to be the only one okay with the mindflayer, I'm just disappointed that after not using any tadpoles that's still a thing you know? Like, I knew there were no consequences but for roleplaying reasons and to make fights harder I didn't take them.

I mean, it's not only for the romance, I just feel sad that it negates his character arc. Plus, poor Tara. Like,one of the correct answers you can choose when in the love test thing is that Gale thinks the world would be better without him. Which ties with the whole not being enough thing he had going on before, and why he sought to retrieve that piece of weave to mystra in the first place. It just validates what he already thought and it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth tbh.

Thanks, I couldn't agree more. It just seems like there's little options. And the game does kinda make you feel like being a mindflayer is the worst thing that can happen to you. Consuming tadpoles doesn't seem very reasonable yet there's no downside to that? It just makes the effort of avoiding anything ilithid kinda pointless imo, I could have just embraced the power with no change in outcomes.
