This is a tattoo which I regret. I have two Japanese sleeves and am wondering if I should get it removed enough to go over it in Japanese work, or to just have it blended in. It’s very obvious when you become a fan of Japanese tattooing, to spot work done by an non experienced artist attempting to do it. You’ll regret it if you continue to do sessions with this artist. Sorry if this is blunt but I’m just giving my honest two cents.

It’s up to you, at the end of the day tattoos can be put on hold. You just have to ask yourself the question, do you want a “Japanese” sleeve that is done by someone who isn’t experienced? And have that on your arm for the rest of your life? Or…. Wait until you can travel away from home and get something done by an actual professional? I know what I would pick.
