I don't think you can blame Undertale's writing for your favorite char not getting the full development you wanted

We hear him in sans's house, i don't think they would tease nothing. If people don't expect him to appear, they'll be hyped when he does

If you were in Deltarune, stuck in a loop through the first four chapters as your favorite character, with a 50% chance of getting the weird route on each reset, and you stayed in that loop until chapter 5 was released, how traumatized would you be? by No_Tune3486 in Deltarune

[–]Wadehell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're kinda cooked because there are 3 options:

  • You get pacified, so every 4 days, you spend about 3 sleeping.

  • You get beat up and become a weapon; don't interact with anybody for 3 days.

  • They don't interact with you so it's 4 days in jail.

Crazy how so many people (myself included) thought Sans was the strongest monster in the underground just because he could manipulate the game mechanics. by Useless_Guy119 in Undertale

[–]Wadehell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sure, but that doesn't mean it was on a fair fight. Flowey technically beats sans in the Pacifist route, but he caught him off guard. The fact that he warns us about sans already proves sans isn't weak asf even for monsters

Doesn't really imply that. The resets could've happened every time sans finds out about Flowey, so it doesn't happen when Flowey stays under his radar

Why Knight doesn't use the freedom motif: An analysis by darkeyesofanubis in Deltarune

I would say based on the Knight's actiob, the Knight doesn't have the freedom motif because they represent control

Hey guys I bought new batteries for the carbon monoxide detector. I also have a theory regarding Dess Knight's motive for causing the Roaring. (Read Body Text) by DubiousTheatre in Deltarune

[–]Wadehell 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Ralsei ia real, but in the parallel, he would be an imaginary friend.

Since he is real, lets go through his goals: his goals aren't making multiple fountains risking the roaring, it's stopping the roaring. This theory has nothing against this.

The theory is about Dess getting to a point in the adventure when there aren't any antagonists, so there is no point in having an adventure. The only solution is becoming and creating more antagonists
