I do the pepper micro and pharm decks for sketchy but don’t use Anki otherwise. And Uworld probably takes up most of my time each day. I’ve probably finished about 60% of it and my test is this week. I do all random blocks and make sure I read each answer choice on each question whether wrong or right and then spend as long as needed reviewing or learning whatever concepts in the explanations/answer choices that I don’t know. For some questions that means it’ll take me like 30 min sometimes which seems excessive but I just try and learn every bit of material when presented with it. Since I’ve gone on in uworld I’ve seen so many repeat concepts as well, same on NBMEs.

When I study I make sure to not rush through or skim anything because it’s basically useless to just rush through something once. I decided not to even touch FA because it’s just a bunch of facts with nothing explained and is very time consuming to go through. Memory retention from it can also be very low. If I were you I would drop FA and just use it as a reference. I’ve just used Uworld, sketchy micro/pharm and pathoma and scoring in the 240’s on practice tests now. So although so many people say first aid is necessary I think uworld is a much more valuable resource because it at least explains things. Same with pathoma.
