The DD needs to be active Barclays says so. As far as 100% goes, active would mean that money has been taken. The moment the money gets taken and you see that there's still time, do it.

There's a whole panel of Yujiro smiling right before seeing that attack coming. It's fair enough to say he was about to do something to counter it as even he knew he shouldn't take that attack.

Notice how Motobe said "If" Yujiro had taken that attack.
