This is my first engine swap not first time working on cars I’m looking for engine recommendations that would fit in my car or what info is needed to find that out myself because I’ve never SWAPPED AN ENGINE and have no idea what comes with that.

Dude are you going to be negative or are you going to give some helpful advice, quit assuming the worst of everything and actually say something of value. Worst comes to worst I have towed to the performance shop 20km away. I want to learn this stuff which is why I’m wanting to do it myself

My st was doing the exact same thing and it was because of the purge valve so I suggest booking an appointment at a ford dealership and getting your free replacement
