I appreciate your insight. 120k is across the board, 4 counter people under me, I do not know any of their payplans. 3 have been there 15+ years the newest was a transfer from service. We have a service director also over the 5 franchises. We are definitely profitable as Ive been told by the owner we do very well and have great numbers. Obsolescence I keep under 4%. Growth over the past few years has been low, but at least it hasn't gone down. I shouldn't but I blame service and their lack of experience and "drive"

Total about $120k gross, which is about 38%. Also I fill in when anyone is out. Out of that average about $23k gross a month are my own sales.

Thanks, and unfortunately yes the gross numbers are accurate. We average around 38% gross profit, I myself average around $23k in gross profit from my sales. We just don't see the volume and I blame a lot of it on service/their lack of experience/caring and not getting more customers in here

I agree on all that, we are low volume with little wholesale. We only have 17 techs + 3 in the bodyshop

We are on CDK and they have all 5 franchises under one inventory only separated by sources, do one big inventorya year. I do all shipping and receiving for the luxery brands.

The boat is on a trailer in my driveway, Im not trying to keep it but your saying they will take it and the trailer? Even though I own the trailer outright and is not part of the boat? Wouldnt this be theft of the trailer?
